Mallory 3port AFPR How to hook up?

I switched my car from TPI to carb and I bought a Mallory AFPR part number 4309 but how do I hook it up.

Transmission: 700r4 (for now)

run your fuel feed line to one of the side ports and from another side port run a line to your carb, the return line connects to the bottom of the regulator...make sure the tank vent line that goes to the charcoal cannister is clear and set the pressure at 7lbs..you will need a fp gauge for this...

P.S. Didnt it come with instructions??
