Ok as most of you know I have had a serious problem with heat soak lately. But its getting so out of hand. I drove 30 minutes today came home for 5 hours, went out to start my car and nothing. But I know it will start by tonight or in the morning. It seems like a charging problem on top of my solenoid but my Alternator is new and My battery is fairly new. My grounds seem good and there isnt any corroding. Im so lost! Im getting the Remote Solenoid this week, along with a new starter. Is there anything else I should try??? Im thinking about by new battery cables and a new battery just for the hell of it. I hope it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nevermind.............I am an Idiot. I originally had a Security System on it but it was disabled. So yes I have VATS. But my problem is only after I drive around.......

 

I see what your getting at with the resistance of the chip maybe being off. But I dont understand the issue of it only happening when I have driven around. Im hoping that my solenoid is just getting progressively worst and a remote solenoid and new starter will do the fix..........What do you think??? However 5 hours should have been plenty of time for it to cool. And I could jump start it?????? WEIRD....
