vibration at 60 mph

i've checked everything. the only things left to do is balance the drive shaft, which to me looks fine not dented or missing weights,
or is is it possible that the h. balencer is bad and causing vibrations at 60 mph? or maby a bent axle?
last test i proformed was i set the rear up on jacks, chocked the front wheels, romoved the tires, tightend the nuts back on to hold the drums on and brought the the car up to 60 again, and still the same s*it. so its got to be somthing from the tranny back.
