Flex plate - same (assuming both are same rear main seal type).
Damper - use a 350 piece. There are slight differences between 305 & 350 dampers.

So are all dampeners neutrally balanced then? or are they matched to the flexplate?
this is where the most confusion is.
305's and 350's are internally balanced, but is the external pieces neutral or balanced to one another.

The flexplate/flywheels are balancecd neutral. The differences in harmonic balancers is the mass of the outer ring mounted to the elastomer. Oddly, some truck 350s have an even heavier outer ring, but the dynamic balance is still neutral.
