I had a 96 Trans Am A4 3.23 and on a hot august day it ran a best of 14.27@96.??mph
It was totally bone stock. I imagine it might have cracked the 13's if I tuned it, ran on a cool night, or had some dr's so I'd say anywhere from the high 13's to the low/mid 14's Guess I'll never find out since I traded it in on my 2000TA
By the way it was rated at 285hp
