just what the subject says. where can i find a good used or new aluminum LT1 head(passenger). Just in case they cannot repair the threads.
Who is "they"? If you've found a place that cannot repair the aluminum, find a better place. at worst, a hole can be TIG welded shut and remachined to accept the bolt/stud. If there are any rivers or lakes around San Antonio, there must be a boat prop repair shop. Most of these people are aces at welding aluminum.

thnaks for the help.... the broken exhaust bolt was removed. they had a good suggestion. since the heads are identical the banjo bolt thread at the rear of the head was stripped. since the heads are the same the suggested to switch them around. move the pipe plug from one head to the other and blocked the stripped hole and voila. looks like it's gonna work.
