valve springs

what kidn of valve springs should i buy for my zz4 cam? Is there like any specific size i need or should i just look at how much lift it handels and buy it off that, because in jegs and summit they have all these sizes.

Stock heads will need 1.255" diameter springs. I would think 105# or 110# springs would do it.

ZZ3 springs.They are 1.273 dia but should fit in the seats..
