spark plug wire questions

ok, i got a set of those universal spark plug wires from Accell, and i was wondering, how do i go about installing them? the directions are hard for me to understand...
i know i strip away the yellow and white part, but there is a thin black tube in the center...do i strip the plastic off of that? or leave it that way

thanks

Just strip away the yellow covering down to the black/gray center conductor, don't strip the center. Put the boot on the wire and move it up a ways, bend the center conductor over till it is laying on the yellow part of the wire and attatch the clip. Then move the boot down to cover the clip,
