I have a 1991 Z28 1LE. I want to remove the cigarette lighter assembly. Mine is in the front dash board. I don't know if it's in the same location for all camaros. Anyways does it pop out, or does it screw out or however. I don't want to mangle dash to get it out so if anyone can help thanks.

 

The lighter is a 2 piece setup. You need to get behind it and unscrew the back housing and it comes right out.
