Pete Jackson is the only company I know of that makes one for the factory roller cam setup. I'm not sure if that cam you got is roller or not, I dont recall Edelcrock selling any factory style roller cams. If its not a roller cam, just pick a one.

from what i've read about gear drives, i wouldn't recommend them unless you're building a harcore engine. everyone seems to get tired of the 'cool' sound it makes pretty quick. i'd recommend a true double roller chain, but that's just my opinion

The Edelbrock RPM cam is not a roller cam ...last I looked. Also I believe you need to use Edelbrock's timing chain with Edelbrock's Cams because Edelbrock is crappy. My friend installed the RPM cam in his '79 with a non-edelbrock timing chain and his timing was all screwy. I never understood why until I read the directions that came with the cam.

Although the cam did give him a very odd power gain which I didn't expect. 15.5 without the cam, and 14.9 with it using stock heads (AND STOCK SPRINGS!! .510(?) lift on a stock '79 350 with stock heads, unbelievable that motor is still running)
