There's always speak of a cam messing with a computer, and I was wondering what's the biggest cam anyones got running with the computer. I have an XE 262 (218/224@.050, .462/.469@ .050) cam in mine, and even with the stock CCC, no codes or anything. There's always talk of having to get a specific cam for a computer for a computer controlled car. Id just like to throw in the mix that I run an XE262 cam in my 350 with no codes, 15 mpg, and a stock CCC, and it runs like a champ.

 

Duration and lobe separation are more significant than lift, in this case. The overlap created by these two specifications is what will create havoc for an ECM that isn't prepared to deal with a real cam.
