New Car...NEED HELP!!!

Hey guys. Well, I have been carburated my whole life, and now I am both blown and fuel injected in my 1990 Vette. I know it isn't a 3rd gen, but I know most people on here and they know me, and the L98 should be the same as everyone else's. Here are my questions:

1) Do I have to do any modifications to put 1.6 roller rockers on...new springs, pushrods, valve cover modification, etc...and it is worth the horsepower gain?

2) I went to the dyno recently and found out that I am running WAY too rich. My A/F ratio is 11.2 to 1 at idle and drops off the chart under heavy acceleration. Then it comes back up and gets up to 14 to 1 around 4900rpm. I talked with some chip burners and they said they can make all the adjustments to fix that. They said I need a scanner to monitor a few things and make a few settings...like throttle position. What do I need and where do I get it?

Just so you know, my base timing was set at 0, the car was 210 degrees, and my mixture was way too rich, and it made 348rwhp/390rwtq. Anyone who can help me out in this area would be greatly appreciated.

You can read my new sig to see what all the car has.

you should make more HP with a setup like that. But roller rockers always help. At least you could do a factory replaceent. For example, if your rocker arms are 1.5:1, then buy some 1.5:1 rollers. And have no worry about it. That's my advice.
