Car still won't run, NEED HELP PLEASE

I've been having a problem with my car for about three weeks now. First it started out to be bad hesitation and surging idle then about a week ago the car wouldn't start at all. So I have installed the following parts: MSD coil and wires, Accel 22lb injectors, Accel plugs, Accel ignition module, new cap and rotor, new IAC valve, EGR valve, TPS sensor, coolant temp sensor and TPIS MAT relocation kit. Now the car will start if I give it alot of gas when I'm cranking then it runs real rough for about 2 seconds and dies. My fuel pressure is good, I'm getting spark at the coil and plugs. After trying to start the car I can smell gas. I pulled a couple plugs and they had a good amount of gas on them. Do you think I fouled my brand new plugs, would fouled plugs cause this. PLEASE HELP.

it could. But you changed your cap and rotor. Im not calling you dumb, but your symptons, suggest maybe two of the spark plugs are switched, which in this case it is running on a six and misfiring two, which could cause this. Or maybe your timing is REALLY far off an. Hope this helped. later,

I would agree with the mixed up plug wires and timing possibilities. Make they are all correct at the plugs and the cap. Then once you do that, advance your timing a bit and see what happens.
