LS1 valve springs

A friend just replaced his cam and valve springs on his 99 TA. He has his stock valve springs and asked if they would work on my TBI 355 motor. I have a stock cam now, but am considering a used LT1 from another friend or an LT4 from GMpartsdirect.com.

Would these springs work in our cars?

i wouldn't use used valve springs if they were free, considering the cost for a good set of springs from comp or lunati i'd just buy new ones.
