Engine: 5.0 305 LG4

Transmission: M5

Axle/Gears: 3.23

ignition wire to distributor

on our stock caps where the wires hook up( between the #2 and#7 wire hook ups) there are labels" Tach and BAT"

Does anyone know if the wire connected to BAT(it is red) comes from the ignition?

Yep fat red wire....there should also be a white wire with it...this one is for the tach.
