ZZ4 cam and emissions?

will I have any problems with a ZZ4 cam and emissions in a 350

Car: 82 Berlinetta/57 Bel Air

Engine: L92/LQ4 (both w/4" stroke)

Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E

Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89

Probably not from the cam itself.

GM makes a 350 conversion kit using that engine with a CC carb system, remember. If you have FI, it should be even easier to clean it up. Custom PROM may be required, though.
