Someone help me.. plz come.. on

Ok usually my car starts fine.. I know theres a problem with the key cylinder in the steering column.. but even after I 'fixed' it the car has problems starting in the afternoon.. I drive it in the morning.. great.. then after work when it has been sitting in the sun all day it won't start.. I sit there trying to start it.. new rebuilt alternator.. and battery... i turn the key.. lights and everything come on.. turn it all the way.. nothing.. pump gas.. wait a minute.. turn.. nothing.. repeat.. repeat... wait 3 minutes.. all together about 10 minutes go by.. and finally it slowly cranks.. cranks.. let go.. try again.. crank start.... is this starter heat soak?.. how could it be when it was sitting all day...

oh yea this is an 86 sports coupe camaro.. and before I got it the thing was sitting around outside for 7 years under a tree .. !

Roughly...
Battery to ground ( key off )

Battery to ground ( when cranking, cold )

Battery to ground ( at idle )

Battery to ground ( when cranking in the afternoon )

just a guess

maybe the soleniod on the starter is bad.
Try jumping the solenoid terminals to see if it cranks.
