I finally got my car hooked up to a computer using craig's program and according to it i am getting about 20* of retard around 3800-4200 rpms. What can i do to correct this?
Also, it shows that my max throttle position was 88% ?????? I know it is not the floor mat and i took off the pedal also, and when i had my friend push the pedal all the way down the blades were flat. Any ideas?? I haven't measured TPS voltage yet, i guess that is next.

ok never mind aout the knock, I just remembered hearing along time ago that it was off by a factor of 10, and ran a search and confirmed that.

Still have some knock though, is there anything I can do to avoid this?
Also, still a prolem with the throttle position...

To avoid knock you could run higher octane fuel or retard your timing. If your pistons or combustion chambers are terribly dirty, that can cause knocking. You could try to clean them off by misting a little water in your intake with the engine running, but I have doubts about how well that would work. No harm trying, though.
