what size cam

What would be the biggest cam i could run on the stock valve springs n rocker arms on an 86 t/a with the infamous peanut cam.

You're limited to mild to moderate hyd flat tappet cams. Any thing that has to
be reved much past 5500 rpm will need a spring change.
That would be anything with 230@.050 duration or more than
.485" lift. That actually leaves you a lot of choices though.

No performance hyd rollers. They need more seat pressure than stock.
