runs great in park stumbles in gear, timing or throttle ?

runs great in park stumbles in gear, timing or throttle ?
it runs fine in park but in gear she stumbles around 600 rpm, do i need more throttle (ie the screw) or do i need to advance or retard my timing ? this is on an aftermarket cam
Comp Camps roller grind for blower specs:
276 intake
290 exhaust
220 at .050
230 at .050
510 intake with 1.5 rocker
510 exhaust with 1.5 rocker
114 lobe
Crane aluminum rockers 1.6 ratio
