Well I dont know if it's my eyes playing trick on me or not but heres the problem.

We got in his car, and started to drive and it felt like he had a bent rim or a a-frame bent etc. On inspection of the rear the rims look fine but i asked him to drive around so i could watch the wheel, and it looked like the wheel was wobbeling. when i got back in the car and he held it in 1st gear you could see the head light beams on the road lerching back in forth on the road.

thoughts and suggestion would be helpful.

check for a bent wheel, jack it up and spin each wheel, use something for a marker so you an see the movement. id you find a bent wheel on the back pull the wheel and check the axle flange to see if it's bent and not the wheel.
