is this a headlight motor problem?

hey

once again

car is an 89 firebird.

sometimes the healights flip up,sometimes they dont.

sometimes they go halfway, sometimes they go all the way, sometimes 1 goes up, the other stays down, sometimes they both go up, but a good bump makes them collapse.

help
