Abs

Anyone here have any familiarity with the ABS on 99 Ford Rangers? The ABS light comes on and stays on, and the speedo doesn't register anything under 20 mph. Anybody have a clue as to what this could be? Any and all help appreciated.

OH, incase it helps it's Rear Wheel ABS

Does the ABS work at all can you tell?
Might be just that a sensor has gone bad.
Are they disc or drum brakes?
I would take them apart and give everything a good cleaning.
Then while it's apart, throw a set of brake shoes on it.
