Lube for centrifugal advance?

Hey guys/gals...

I was wondering what to use to lube the advance mechanism in my HEI. I found that it was stuck when I put my car back on the road this summer and loosened it up with WD40. It's been good for the last 2 months but seems it's doing it again. Also, I guess to lube it properly I'll have to completely disassemble the distributor? Last time I just took off the advance springs/weights and got at it from the top. Thanks for any input!

White lithium, very sparingly.

You are correct, the entire reluctor ("star wheel") assembly has to rotate on the shaft; to lube it you have to disassemble the entire thing.
