stripped head bolt

i was bolting on a set of world s/r torquers on my 350 chevy and one of the head bolts snapped. so i drilled it out but it was kinda crooked and i tapped it now the bolt screws in but when i got to torque it it just spins, it will get to a certain point when it feels like it is tight but the you go to torque it it loosens back up, what should i do. i think the hole is too big now so the threads wont bite, i dont know what to do now.

Switch to Studs...
There should be enough bite to keep a stud from pulling out.

Take the head back off and Heli-coil the hole.
