Axle/Gears: 3.73
Is this normal for a FelPro 1014 ???
Check out this pic and tell me if it is normal to see a bit of the head gasket sticking out at one of the indents on the lower portion of the head.

Depends on the particular heads; but yes, with most castings, it is normal in certain places. Some expose more than others. When you get your pic working maybe we can tell more. If you tell us what heads, somebody may even know. Not much you can do about it one way or the other regardless.

They are GMPP Fastburn Aluminum Vortec heads.
