Brake Vacuum line question

Hi everyone. I need to remove my plenum because I want to port it out. At the rear of the plenum is this brake vacuum booster line. When I remove this, will I have to bleed my brakes? Also, this line is made of rubber. Can I just remove the line where it connects to the power brake booster instead of the connection at the plenum? The connection at the plenum looks hard to get to because of the runners. Thanks in advance.

Shouldn't have to bleed the brakes.
Remove either end.
