Anybody here know how much a TPS(throttle position sensor) sensor cost¿

Here is a short story. Well This happens more when its hot outside. I can drive about 5-30 before this error comes up. Its error code 21 or 22. When the check engine light comes on it changes the air-fuel mixture and the car runs like ****. If I clear the error code it runs like it should again. What I have found so far on the web is that this is caused by either high signal voltage from the TPS or low signal voltage. I dont know if anyone else's car does this but sometimes when I have the blinker on the volts move up and down. That should happen on a amp not a blinker or am I wrong?

look in the yellow pages under auto parts new and start calling stores in your area. prices vary a lot from place to place. i can usually save 30% at autozone by drive to a store 30 miles from here.

I know....I know.... I should of looked. Hey thanx I can use that for some motivation to get it replaced. But check this out! The usage of this part # is higher than any other TPS for another car. 67% frecking percent! Here is the link for the 30 dollar POS.GM=to design small parts that fail so that the consumer can spend more money on us.

I WORK AT ADVANCE AUTO
MAN THERE LIKE $20 TO $25, GET ONE FOR AN 88 IROC B/C THEY ARE ADJUSTABLE AND IF YOU MESS WITH A PRE SET ONE YOU SCREW IT UP. IT SHOULD BE SET FROM .35 TO .95 VOLTS. IF YOU HAVE A COMP IT IS EASY BUT IF YOU HAVE TO USE A VOLTMETER IT CAN BE A LITTLE HARDER BUT IT IS AN EASY JOB.
