serpintine(sp?) or v belt

which do you prefer, whats the ups and downs of the 2. i currently have a v belt. i dont plan on changing it or nothing im just curious as to the differences between the two.

Axle/Gears: 9-bolt w/ 3.23's
i prefer the serpentine setup. only one belt and its alot less peresitic them the old vbelt setup. I dont remember how much power it frees up but i think its like 3-4 HP. Also, its alot easier to change the belt, which only takes about 2 minutes to to.

it's also a pain to get the v belts tight sometimes
