2 vaccum line's?

2 vaccum line's?
88 t/a 305 ...two vaccum line's coming off a wire harness behind pass. side head i have 1 hooked up right but the other is just hanging there can somone tell me where it hook's too

If it's the harness that comes through the firewall right there, the harness is the assembly for the A/C, all in its own neat bundle... one of them is the vacuum supply (what a stupid combination of words!) for the control head, the other goes to the heater control valve.
