SLP Runner inallation... HELP
SLP Runner inallation... HELP
I bought a set of SLP runners off someone. and used the gaskets they gave me....
Installed the whole thing, and when I start the car it seems like its not getting enough gas and runs really rough then stalls
Could it be that I need to replace the gaskets because they are sucking in too much air?
Please help if you can, already did a search and that didn't help me too much
Thanks

You've got vacuum leaks, probably because the gaskets are bad or the runners not tightened down enough. I bet the leaks are at the runner to intake manifold. Try to spray a bit of carb cleaner at each place and you'll know when you've found the leak.
One more thing. The runners may not be leaking. It could be that you forgot to connect a vacuum line, like the brake booster, or that in the process of reconnecting them one got cracked. Just check everything and use the carb cleaner around suspect areas and you will figure it out. wd-40 will probably work as well.
