The title says it all, I need new tires. I have a 1992 RS and dream of hooking it up so I would want to buy some good high performance tires within a reasonable price range if that’s at all possible. I was planning on spending around 500 bucks or so on the tires, any suggestions? I drive the car pretty hard and spin the tires more than I should, however I will probably give up the tire spinning thing after getting the new tires. Also the tires I have on the car now say “cooper cobra”

BF Goodrich G-Force T/A KDW. These things hook like a **** and don't let go of hte road. About 120$ a piece but well worth it.

 

How many miles do you put on your car a month, or a year. You won't want something too soft that you will have to replace quick. Tires are a trade off cost vs. performance. mileage vs. performance.
