What grit ball hone should I use?

All I can find is 180 grit. That seems a little bit course for moly rings. Will it be ok? The motor only has 5,000 miles on it since it was bored. There is no ridge, I just want to scuff the cylinder walls so the rings will seat ok.

I know plasma's want a mellower grit. I would think 180 would chew the coating right off in no time.

I can't remember what size, but 400 grit comes to mind?
