GM R4 A/C Comp "Electromagnet" Removal

i need to swap out the actual electrical "magnet". i don't what it's called. that part that energizes and makes the clutch hub work(click). besides removing the clutch hub and clutch bearing(pulley rim), what is there to hold the "magnet" down? i have some good R4 compressors, no leaks, just the magnetic part is bad. i have some that have major leaks and good magnetic part . some good ones are better than none . i just want to replace the magnet part and be on my merry way. any takers?
