Just fired up the 305 with XE268 and new heads.
Man, it sounds great 
Only one thing I noticed tho.. Is that the temp gauge stays normal.. but the engine feels 3 times hotter under the hood??? Also, When I retard the distributor too much on idle.. I get this knocking sound coming from the front of the motor????? Any Ideas. I've just come inside from running the cam in.
