Location of AIR hoses

I'm probably the only guy to ever ask how to put AIR back on his car but I need it for emmisons. Its a 91 RS 5.0 TBI. I've got the pump on and the black box bolted to it but I cant figure out which hose goes where. Which to the cat ,which to the manifolds, etc. Any help would be great.

It looks alot like that except that top port is facing the other way on mine. My basic problem is that I have 4 ports that a hose can fit on but I can only find 3 places to run a hose to. 1 for each manifold and 1 for the cat. I cant quite tell from your picture how many hoses come off it. Is there like a 2 into one fitting that takes care of 2 hoses on that car? As I have mine now, I have left the top port unhooked and it makes a low whining noise everytime I slow down. Any idea what it should be hooked up to? Thanks for you help.
