Hesitation when I floor it....why?

Since I rebuilt the entire car I've been having trouble with it stumbling when I floor it. At part throttle acceleration I don't have much of a problem, but when I just floor it, it stumbles and almost feels like it wants to die, then all of a sudden picks up. All of my sensors are new. The TPS is set at .65 because I was having problems with it being lower. Fuel pressure is around 48-50psi. The car idles around 850 in drive.
Anyone have an idea what I could try. It's ok for now, but I think it will kill me at the track.

Yeah the chip was done by FastChip. I ran the car with WinALDL a few months ago and everything looked ok, but I'm not certain about some of the stuff I was looking at.

Wayne the fuel filter was replaced 3k ago when everything else was replaced and it's been having the problem the whole time.
As for a link to my business, it's not big enough yet. Pretty much I just do some side performance work for people here at school. Maybe one day I will open up an actual shop, but I don't know if there's enough money in working on American cars anymore.

Prob'ly the Koni 12-ways aren't adjusted just right. Yeah, that's it.

Actually, you should reset the TPS voltage and find out why it won't run correctly at the proper setting. That might solve the hesitation, too. I'm thinking that with the TPS that high, your recently written integrator data is skewing the BLMs all in the wrong direction, but I'm just an idiot...

Hahahahahah....idiot yeah!! That must be it Vader.
Seriously though, I talked to FastChip over the summer and they actually told me to run my TPS that high. Should I hook my WinALDL back up and recheck my BLM numbers?

If Ed Wright wanted it that high, there must have been a reason. They likely wrote the base lookups for that voltage, too. Never mind.....
