EGR, AIR computer controlled?

Are the EGR and AIR systems computer controlled? My car is an 86 LG4 with the computer ripped out and the emissions system needs to be reinstalled for inspection.

Yes. There are 2 electrical connections to the AIR valve, and one to the EGR solenoid.
