Hey, i just bought an 87 iroc a couple of weeks ago. A couple of days ago i noticed a that sometimes when i push on the brakes, it makes a whining noise. And also when I'm driving it really hard, like when I'm racing, it whines all the time, whether or not I'm braking. I've already checked the brakes, and they look fine. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? I'd appreciate any suggestions.

 

where's the noise come from? try running it without the belts to see if it goes away.
