a few problems; egr, fuel relay
i was putting some plugs in my car yesterday and found a few things.
one, my egr valve isnt working, this is a problem cause i have emissions in a few days. not only is it not working the tubes going to it(whatever they are called) arnt getting any vaccum and they should be. does anybody know if this ties in with the gauge fuse that i have(which keeps blowing).
two, im having a fuel relay problem, when i start my car( and it takes like 20 cranks when its cold, less when warm; cause of this problem) the fuel is like dripping out of the injectors. its takes a little bit(couple seconds after starting) for the system to repressurize and for the injectors to start spraying fuel right. maybe it has something to do with my fuel pump or a partially clogged fuel filter.
im not an expert so i dont recognized what the solutions to these problems may be, but maybe somebody does and it can save me time and effort. thanx

Hey just wondering...did you solve your EGR problems?? I had to replace my EGR stuff before my car failed emissions. I put a valve in, and a new solenoid. Took the NOx levels down over 1000ppm... Let me know how you made out with the EGR stuff though. I think mine is still screwing me for emissions as I have not yet passed

i took it in, cause its not just the valve thats not working, the line that leads to it (which is supposed to have vaccum) dosnt have vaccum so i have another problem...im thinkin it may be related to my fuse gauge...does anybody know if the fuse gauge is related to the egr valvue or the solenoid or something else that would cause it to not work
