Rough time starting in cold

I have a 305 TBI engine, and I just had the computer replaced. Now the car idles 200rpm lower than it used too, plus Im have a hard time getting it to start in the cold mornings. I have to use the gas peddle in order for it to start. I never used too.

Any ideas??

With a new ECM (or reinitrialized one) there will be some time before the integrator is able to write new BLM tables tailored to the vehicle. That can take a few days of normal driving, but the symptoms should constantly improve. If it's been more than a few days, you may want to have those responsible for installing the replacement ECM complete the task by readjusting the TPS, setting minimum air position, and test driving your car.
