weird noise when brakes applied
Ok guys I have all new pads so its not the squeek tabs or whatever. Now when i apply my brake a little ( like just starting to brake ) it makes this weird sound like whisleing but not liek bad breaks, and its not constant. I am thinkin maybe my rotors are warped and on one spot it touches so everytime my wheel goes around it touches in that one spot and makes this noise. Does this sound like it could be the problem?? Also how much are new rotors for these cars?

Warped rotors you usually feel in the steering wheel. (back and forth shimmy)
Sounds like you got some petroleum on at least one of your pads when they were replaced.
