ok, i have a 92 rs as many of you already know....305 tbi yadda yadda......how much of a HP gain would i be looking at with a LT1 cam, new intake <edelbrock> and World products torquer heads??????

 

It's never been dyno proven, so It's hard to give a good idea of what the final HP might be.

Your car should be trapping 95mph or so in the 1/4 after those mods.

 

i just wanted an over all general idea ....not a precise measurement heheh.......so what am i looking at...20- 30 hp basicly?

 

Way more than that. It should put you aroud 250-260 I'd guess anyway. Probably give you like 90 more horsepower with all those other parts.

Well, the L98 should blow away the L03, but once you add the parts you're contemplating it would be an interesting race

If I might add a mod it would be to ditch the TBI and go carb. Then you will have the cfm you need for 300 hp or so.

 

in the brutal honest truth, if i added all the parts i am adding to a l98....it would actually see the 300 hp mark. ah well....like i said, i dont feel like dealing with all the bugs a engine swap has --unless i went carb then it would be pretty much bug free-- who knows....we will see in the future....
