poppin sound

well i have this poppin sound comin from my right front tire. it sounds like something is in a bind...i lowered my car about 2 or 3 months ago, and its just started recently. When i jack the car up on the right side i cant find anything whatsoever, except the rubber bump stops are close to hidding the frame but thats on both sides, when i drop it the pops not there anymore but if i hit a fairly decent bump in the road it comes back? HELP it happens frequently when i turn right also......
