pushrod rotation

One pushrod turns/spins somewhat faster than all the others. Does this mean that the lifter is beginning to wipe out that cam lobe? 200,000mile well taken care of 305.

That one push rod probably has less friction in its seat at the rocker arm end than the others, and/or more friction at the lifter end. As long as they are all rotating, life is good.
