ok, i have a plan

im going to take an l98 and stroke it to a 383, then throw on vortec heads with a vortec base.....now, should i go carb and ditch the base or get a superram??? is there any other options for my situation?

also, about how much power would i be spitting out?

 

You don't mention what state you live in. If you are in Ca., you can't go with a carb for a street licensed car that came with fuel injection. In that case your options are vortec base, large runners, and ported plenum or a Superram. In the other 49 states you could go with a miniram. I don't know if Holley makes the stealth ram to fit vortec heads.

 

well, i do live in CA, but i can get around smog so its not an issue for me,
and no, i dont think the HSR fits vortecs
