Vader any Ideas? or anyone else.

I have just finished putting a 2.5 in a 4x4 s truck. the prob is it won't pulse fuel from the injector not the first 5 seconds nada! I've changed the injector with a known good one, checked the fuel pump, working and pumping and even changed the computer and F.P. relay(why i dunno) with ones that were on a good running truck. It still wont run ! I can pour a lil fuel in it it fires right up just got to get this friggin injetion stuff to work. Any help will be appreciated.

are the injectors stock for the truck? if not they might not be working due to an electrical problem... could be not enough voltage being sent to em or something along those lines...

you need to get a 'noid' light, it plugs into the injector harness plug and flashes whenever it senses a signal to fire. if it doesn't flash then you've got wiring problems. man i hope this is a pickup and not a blazer because my 4x4 blazer with the 2.8 was slow as hell, i can only imagine how crappy a 2.5 with 4x4 is, at least if it's a pickup it weighs less.

edit: oh yeah, vader will not reply to posts that page him specifically in the subject line because there are plenty of other people here that can answer your question

Might be the module in the distributor.
Once the motor gets to a certain rpm, then the ecm will start to fire the injectors, before that, the module does that job.
