Disarming The Airbag

Okay wasn't 100% sure where to post this question. I want to disarm my airbag. I already removed the yellow/green "security" connector which is attached to the airbag.
So basically all that’s left is the female connecter part of the security connecter and the bag itself. I read that static electricity could still cause the bag to deploy accidentally. What else do I need to do in order to disarm the airbag ?
Thank you

if you have the airbag off the car it is disarmed

can it still blow you ask?
if it receives the correct hot and ground, of course

store it upward, facing the sky, where nothing will be damaged in case it does pop

acceptable method for disarming the airbag on the car is to simply remove the air bag fuse

unfortunatly I need to put the airbag back in place but I want to make sure that can't accidently blow up...is there any way I can make sure it won't even blow ?
