Sensor (Help)

Hello All,
Happy New Years!!!!!
I have a quick question, I have a 1989 305/AT/TBI, with CALIF. Emissions. Anyway there is a senor on the front, right side of the motor (looking from the front of the motor) just below the sparkplug, has one wire, green. I think its the coolant temp gague sensor. I looked in GM's repair manual and I cant find the sensor anywhere. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Brad

Coolant temperature sender for the guage. Any parts store or GM parts will have it.

And if you look closely, that wire might be green with a white tracer stripe along its length (green/white). That is for the temperature gauge.
