alright, so out of a cam, a converter, or heads, which should I do first? Im thinking cam, but my other question is, what else do I need to put in at the same time? I'm thinking of a tpis zz-9 cam, but will i need lifters, springs, and rods all at the same time? some insight into that would be great, and i just like this guy:lala:

 

Good cam + bad heads = bad

Good heads + bad cam = bad

Good converter + any bad motor = good

Just make sure you match the converter to your FUTURE plans with the motor.

 

the plan is about 190cc afr heads, zz-9 cam, and about a 2,400 or 2800 converter with a stealth ram on top
